Products & Availability

Our products are handpicked or handmade and available only in small quantities. Small variations are part of their charm. All offers are non-binding and depend on availability.

Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by email. A purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order and dispatch the goods.

Prices & Payment

All prices include statutory VAT where required.

Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, or as indicated during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is carried out from Germany. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and are displayed during checkout.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

Returns

In the event of a return, you bear the return shipping costs. Items must be unused and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by slight negligence. Excluded from this are damages to life, body, or health.

Cancellation Policy

If you’re not fully happy with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days – without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

You can withdraw your purchase within 14 days. The period begins on the day you (or a person designated by you) received the goods.

For partial deliveries, the period begins on the day the last item was received.

How to Withdraw

It must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may also use our sample withdrawal form (optional, not required):

What Happens Next

Once we receive your withdrawal:
– we will refund all payments (including standard shipping, if applicable) within 14 days
– we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of shipment

Returning the Goods

– You must return the items within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal
– You bear the return shipping costs
– Please return the items in their original condition

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– custom-made or personalized items
– sealed products (e.g., hygiene items) once the seal has been removed
– digital content once access has been activated

Sometimes it just doesn’t fit – and that’s completely okay.
