They are handcrafted in Northern Kenya from Nile perch skin, a material once discarded as waste, now transformed into lightweight, remarkably strong leather with a distinctive natural scale pattern. Each pair is unique and a little gift to yourself.

Produced at Ambani Fish Leather, a women-led workshop near Lake Turkana, the largest desert lake in the world. Around twenty artisans work across two locations, most of them women. Your purchase goes straight to these people! No wholesale, no middlemen.
